General terms and conditions – Bed & Breakfast “Les Loges”

Article 1 – Length of stay

A reservation is made for a fixed duration and does not grant any right to remain on the premises after the stay ends.

Article 2 – Booking confirmation

For online bookings, a confirmation email with the booking details is sent after payment and has contractual value.

For phone bookings, receipt of payment is confirmed by phone or SMS.

Article 3 – Cancellation by the guest

All cancellations must be notified in writing (email, SMS or WhatsApp).

Cancellation before arrival:

- If cancelled up to 14 days before arrival, the full amount will be refunded; if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, the full stay remains payable.

- In case of no-show (no arrival before 8 PM without notice), the reservation is cancelled and the full stay remains payable.

In case of early departure, the full stay remains payable. Unused extras will be refunded.

Article 4 – Cancellation insurance

No cancellation insurance is included. Guests are strongly advised to take out their own insurance.

Article 5 – Cancellation by the owner

If the owner must cancel before arrival for reasons beyond their control, the guest will be informed as soon as possible and offered equivalent accommodation. If this is not suitable, all paid amounts will be refunded immediately.

Article 6 – Check-in time

Rooms are available from 3 PM. Please inform us if arriving after 8 PM.

Article 7 – Check-out time

Rooms must be vacated by 11 AM. A late departure may be charged as an extra night.

Article 8 – Payment

The full stay must be paid at the time of booking.

Additional consumptions and extra services will be settled at the end of the stay.

Article 9 – Tourist tax

Tourist tax is collected by the owner and transferred to the authorities (€ 0,77, per adult, per overnight stay).

Article 10 – Room change

The owner may replace the reserved room with one of equal or higher capacity without price change.

Article 11 – Capacity

Bookings are made for a specific number of guests. Additional guests may be refused without refund.

Article 12 – Pets

Pets are welcome. Supplement: €10 per pet per night.

Failure to comply may result in refusal without refund.

Article 13 – House rules

Guests are asked to respect the peace and comfort of others.

No smoking in the rooms.

Damage must be declared and paid for.

Children remain under adult supervision.

The kitchen is not available for guest use.

Article 14 – Changes

These terms may be modified at any time without prior notice. Acceptance is confirmed upon payment.

Article 15 – Personal data

In accordance with the law, you have the right to access and correct your data. « Les Loges » will not share it with third parties.

Article 16 – Promotions

Promotions cannot be combined. Prices and conditions may change without notice.
