Booking and arrival
How can I book a room?
You can book directly, preferably through the website, but also via email or phone. Please always include your preferred dates, the number of guests, and any special requests.
Do all rooms include breakfast?
Yes, all rooms include breakfast for one or two people, depending on the chosen room option.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: by 11:00
Please contact us if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later - we will gladly see what is possible so that we can accommodate you as best as we can.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Of course — just let us know via email, text message or WhatsApp message.
- If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, the full amount will be refunded.
- If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, the full stay remains payable.
- If we do not hear from you and you do not arrive before 8:00 PM on the day of arrival, the reservation will be considered cancelled and the full stay will remain payable.
- In case of early departure, the full stay remains payable, but any unused extra services will of course be refunded.
Practical information & facilities
Are pets allowed?
Yes! Dogs are welcome provided there is a pet fee of €10/pet, to be paid on site. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed.
During walks on the property, we kindly ask that they remain on a leash to ensure the comfort of other guests, animals and nature. Long leashes can be provided if needed.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is free private parking available for our guests. We also have charging stations for electric vehicles.
What facilities are in the rooms?
Each room is equipped with:
- A comfortable double bed, a private bathroom with a rain shower, sink, and toilet.
- A double set of clean towels upon arrival, soap, and a hairdryer.
- Heating/air conditioning
- Wi-Fi
Is the B&B accessible for people with limited mobility?
Unfortunately not at this time.
Surroundings
Are there restaurants or shops nearby?
Yes, certainly:
- Within a 5-10 minute drive, there are several restaurants and local cafés.
- The nearest supermarket is about a 15-minute drive away.
- About 11 km away, there is a local market every Tuesday and Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm. On Tuesday in Saint-Sulpice-Les-Feuilles and on Thursday in Magnac-Laval.
What activities are there in the area?
The area is perfect for:
- Walking and cycling in nature.
- Visits to local markets and villages.
- Sights such as dolmens, castles, lakes and rivers.
But also local events, of which you can find an overview under "the region".
